Timeguard’s Mirror-Mat system ensures your

bathroom mirror will stay steam free whilst

bathing or showering. Simply attach to the

back of the mirror with the self-adhesive

ﬁ xing pads provided.

The Mirror-Mat covers a mirror area of

40 x 50cm and is connected via 2 core,

5 metre ﬂ ying lead for connection to

the mirror light circuit.

Three cable kits are available which are best suited for the smaller installation where

existing ﬂ oor features, e.g. basin pedestals, protrude into the ﬂ oor space restricting cable

mat laying. Cable kits are available in 24, 32 or 64 metre reel lengths and are supplied

with ﬁ xing tape to assist with ﬂ oor laying.

Ideal for both small and larger installations where unobstructed ﬂ oor space enables the

simple un-reeling of the mat onto the ﬂ oor surface. Six sizes of mat are available from a

1.0m

area coverage up to a 5.0m

area coverage. The heating cable is secured in the mat

in a uniform pattern by the ﬁ bre glass woven webbing which incorporates self adhesive

ﬁ xing strips to assist with ﬂ oor laying.

Temperature Probe. All Thermolay Underﬂ oor Heating Controllers come complete with a 4 metre ﬂ ying lead temperature probe.

For best results 120W on wooden sub-ﬂ oor, 160W on concrete sub ﬂ oor.

The ‘S’ sufﬁ x on codes denotes a new pack change only. The Thermolay cable contained

within the pack is to the same speciﬁ cation as old codes UFHC24, 32 & 64.
